Super Eagles star John Ogu reacts to death threat in Israel

Super Eagles star, John Ogu, has reacted to death threat from a group of fans from a rival Israeli club.
The Nigerian international plays for Hapoel Beer Sheva.

A video, which has gone viral on the internet, showed the masked leader of the ultra group La-Familia dressed in the colours of Israeli club Beitar Jerusalem armed with a gun.
“John, we come and we are waiting… You should run away”, he threatened.
In response via Twitter, John Ogu said the message was not as serious a people think.
“Hey guys. Thank you all for the messages this morning concerning the Video of two teenagers threatening me. Truth is they were just having fun.

“Video was sent to me on snapchat. Israel is safe and the fans are passionate for the Game. They are Great people out here,” he tweeted.
Ogu helped Hapoel Beer Sheva win the Israeli championship back-to-back and has featured in both the UEFA Champions League and Europa League.
